Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Auva RX website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Auva RX provides an online platform that connects users with independent licensed medical providers for evaluation and, when clinically appropriate, prescription of treatment related to weight management, peptide therapy, and related areas of care. Auva RX is available in 49 states (currently excluding California).

Auva RX is not itself a medical provider. Medical evaluations and treatment decisions are made independently by licensed medical providers supported through our provider network (LocumTele). Prescriptions, when issued, are fulfilled through our pharmacy partner (Rush Pharmacy).

Completing a health assessment does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. All treatment decisions are made solely by the reviewing licensed medical provider based on clinical appropriateness.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where our Services are available to use Auva RX. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during your health assessment.

Auva RX operates on a self-pay basis. We do not currently accept or bill insurance. Pricing for treatment is listed on our website and is subject to change. Payment is processed at the time of [ordering/subscription, as applicable].

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misrepresent your identity or medical history.
• Keep your account credentials confidential, if applicable.

All content on the Auva RX website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Auva RX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auva RX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The content on the Auva RX website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider regarding your individual medical needs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
